7. Take one teaspoon of raw honey and one teaspoon of green clay powder. Mix them together and apply on your face. Remember to keep it away from the eye region. Wait for fifteen to twenty minutes and then wash your face with warm water.

8. Reduce the temperature of your bath water and try to reduce the amount of time you spend while taking bath. This will prevent the removal of natural oil from the skin. Remember not to take bath for more than fifteen minutes.

9. Take a warm glass of milk and add two teaspoons of almond oil in it. Drink this milk just before going to bed. Try to make this a daily habit in order to get good results.
